Meet the Chef:


Sean Kraft

A Navy veteran of twenty years, Chef Sean used his G.I. Bill to attend ECPI's "Culinary Institute of Virginia" where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.  In May of 2015, he was invited to become the "Visiting Club House Chef" for the Norfolk Tides (the MLB's "AAA" affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles) cooking for all visiting ballplayers and coaching staff. A position he still holds today. At the Snowshoe Mountain ski resort in WV, he got a taste of "restaurant cooking" and decided it wasn't for him. Returning home to the Hampton Roads area he decided to start his own private chef and event catering business to bring his love of food and passion for quality to people on a more personal level.
